1. Are my payments secure?

Yes, all of our transactions are encrypted using industry standard equipment to ensure that only we see your private information.

2. How long until I receive my order?

Depending on the shipping method you chose, anywhere from 2 to 10 days.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Discover, and MasterCard). At this time we do not accept Personal Checks and Money Orders. In the near future we will be able to accept Checks and Money Orders. We do apologize for any inconvenience these may create.

4. Do I have to pay Sales Tax?

Only certain states must pay sales tax, you will be notified if taxes apply to your order before completing the checkout.

5. What about products that are on back order?

Items will be substitued for discontinued items whenever possible with items of equal or superior quality. If the substituted amount is more than the original order, contact ACE Electronics Customer Service to credit the difference. If no substitutions are allowed, please inform us when ordering.

6. What are your normal business hours?

Our normal office business hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm PST. Normal business hours for processing center are Monday - Saturday 8am - 6pm PST.
